礼物的挑选技巧
经济性：要挑选自己有能力购买，而且不能影响到自己日常消费的礼物。虽然说，礼轻情意重，但是太轻的礼物，别人也很难珍藏。所以要挑选合适价位的礼物。
创意性：一个充满创意让人眼前一亮的礼物很容易让人记住，而且能给别人带来惊喜和对你看法的改变，比如上次我送女朋友的礼物就是一个sun jar. 我觉得也是一个创意很不错的东西。
易保存：选择礼物不要选择个头太大的或者很容易碎的东西，要选择那种容易保存的，这样别人想保存起来才更方便。
价值：礼物如果有一定的升值空间，比如纪念币或者某些限量版的东西等等，收到礼物的人也许会终生珍藏的。这种礼物我感觉似最有意义的。
送礼物的常识
1.礼轻情义重
赠送礼品应考虑具体情况和场合。一般在赴私人家宴时，应为女主人带些小礼品，如花束、水果、土特产等。有小孩的，可送玩具、糖果。应邀参加婚礼，除艺术装饰品外，还可赠送花束及实用物品，新年、圣诞节时，一般可送日历、酒、茶、糖果、烟等。
2.把握送礼的时机与方式
礼物一般应当面赠送。但有时参加婚礼，也可事先送去。礼贺节日、赠送年礼，可派人送上门或邮寄。这时应随礼品附上送礼人的名片，也可手写贺词，装在大小相当的信封中，信封上注明受礼人的姓名，贴在礼品包装皮的上方。
通常情况下，当众只给一群人中的某一个人赠礼是不合适的。因为受礼人会有受贿和受愚弄之感，而且会使没有受礼的人有受冷落和受轻视之感。
给关系密切的人送礼也不宜在公开场合进行，以避免给公众留下你们关系密切完全是靠物质的东西支撑的感觉。只有礼轻情义重的特殊礼物，表达特殊情感的礼物，才适宜在大庭广众面前赠送。因为这时公众已变成你们真挚友情的见证人。如一份特别的纪念品等。
3.顾及习俗礼俗
